You get drenched on this. You may as well chuck yourself in - youd get no wetter. Very good fun and some really intimidating rapids. Funny watching people at the exit wringing out every bit of clothing they are wearing.
I recommend removing trainers and sticking them in the waterproof pouch cos squelching around for the rest of the day is a bit nasty.
