It does have a lot of loops and corkscrews, but it hurts. You need the skull of a ninja to live. I did what they told me to by keeping my head back, but nothing changed. I felt like a ping pong ball, while the restraints were the paddles. I give it credit for the loops and stuff, but it isnt the beauty. After a band trip to SFOG, the whole class said that Ninja sucked.
