Anyone who says this is a standard Hopkins chute ride has apparently not been on one. This is more of a super flume redesigned into a Chute ride. The foot print in very thin and about average depth. The boats only hold 2 across which is interesting. almost like they took there standard boat and cut it in half. The lift is Quick and you get a great view coming around the top. The splash is much better then I expected from this little boat. but In normal Hopkins fashion you get soaked.

The ride area though is not at all appealing. too many concrete areas and no landscaping.

Just rode this two days ago. The splash wasnt that good for me (the first time I was the only one in the boat and the second time it was me and one kid so not getting overly soaked was expected). I agree the landscaping was lacking, but the views made up for that. Also, the boats definitely were unique in that I dont think any other shoot-the-chute uses 2 across seating.

Like i said its more of a Modified Super Flume boat. I just think allot of that Concrete could be removed. Looks like they were set up to be Splashzones at one point.
