Review of Dragon Coaster @ Playland Amusement Park

maybe i can into this coaster expecting too much. I have been on a few Classic coasters. they were thrilling and help some surprising speed. But thats not what you get with this coaster. The Morgain trains were terrible. they have a single position lap bar. that meant it was either set to open or castrate. They offered little to no rum to experience hair time if it was found throughout the coaster very complex layout. Thats the big thing that saves the coaster. The layout is complex and weaves around over and under itself and around and over the Ye old mill ride.

The ride is slow and the trains jack hammered badly. you hit a slight straight away and the train slowed instead of keeping momentum. I did enjoy the classic set up and the hand pulled brakes. but I simply left all my rides thinking this coaster had more in it. Its a family coaster no doubt. but still seems like it had more in it.

I couldnt agree more. I loved the layout a lot and the dragon tunnel, but the ride should have had air time, but it didnt. I at least experienced two spots on the ride that provided air-time (first drop in the back seat and a turn-around hill in the front seat).
