This a awesome coaster. Really, they need more of these in the USA. (Intamin keeps making a lot outside of the US) Anyways, last time i was at SFGADV it was scheduled to be closed all day. (In my mind i was like $%&*@, since i havent ridden it before)

So around 4 pm ish, El toro opened and My friend and I headed straight towards it. And once we got in the station, we headed to the 2nd to back which surprisingly had no wait. (They need to make the el toro station so you enter in the middle) Anyways, we board the train make a turn and head up a elevator lift which got us up the 186ft or so relatively fast, before you know it were rounding another turn and heading down a steep drop into the 2nd drop which you experience a lot of ejector air time and same with the third drop, then you go up the fourth drop and twist around and head towards some small air time hill and then twist over the rolling thunder and into the s curves. What surprises me though, is how smooth el toro is throughout the entire ride, thats why this should definetely be the #1 wooden coaster in the world or at least in the top 5. Ffs, amusement today shows no love for this coaster.
(my favorite part of the ride is the s curves
Those s curves really flip you around and its fun to keep my hands up for this part as a lot of people usually put their hands down so they can hold on, and i like my hands whipping back and forth. (Quite comfortabaly by the way) and then up and a hill( Getting some air) and into the brakes. All in all, this is pretty much a perfect ride in my opinion and is a MUST for any "true" roller coaster enthusiast
