The fire effect is quite intense, but the rest of the ride is quite boring. Its like watching a movie based on a book that youve read. You may not know how it will be adapted, but you know how it will end. The ride is showing its age.

Ill buy the know-how-it-ends part, but I dont think that means it aging poorly. Maybe its just my status as a flix geek :dork: but I find the movie Jaws so classic that a ride based on it still gets at least some Cool Points.

Agreed. Jaws is an all time classic film. I am a big fan of this film, as well. Im sure that when this ride came out, it was probably excellent, compared to other rides of the day. However, technology has come a long way in the ride and the movie industry, so compared to the latest generation rides, it looks a bit inferior to other rides in this park.
