The Hulk was the biggest let down in Florida for me. Evreyone always said "Omg the Hulk is so amazing". So when I went on it I expected more of it, which is what killed the experience for it. The parts of the ride I really enjoyed was the launch (very smooth and quick), the barrel roll out of the launch tube, the cobra roll, and the first vertical loop. After that, it really lost its power. Thats why I only gave it an 8.
