This was an interesting ride. I really knew nothing about it going into it, except that it was a movie-esqe ride that I figured would include movement of some kind of another, so basically a simulator similar to Akbars Adventure Tours @ BGT. This assumption turned out to be pretty much correct. First you enter the room where you are shown the preliminary movie to get you acquainted with the story line, characters, etc. Then you enter the next room, where you stand on dots and get sprinkled with the fairy dust to turn you into little people and so be able to experience this magical adventure. The dot concept was very clever, because it lined everyone up perfectly to enter the final room, so there was minimal jostling and jockeying for position. The simulator/movie itself was fine, and the tale brought back a nice feeling of nostalgia for an animated old Irish adventure. Unfortunately, much of the movement involved the supposed riding of a horse, which left everyone in my party a little winded. I myself did not feel so much sick by the end of it, but rather as though I had just been punched in the gut. All in all, a good ride for families to ride together, with a plot that contains enough adventure to be engaging while at the same time not frightening children. I just wish there had been more of a variety of movement as opposed to riding the horse so much, since it took its toll in the end!
