Review of Scream! @ Six Flags New England

The typical S&S tower ride. As others have stated here already, there are three different modes here to experience the 200 foot drop, and they are all FUN. Only problem is that of three towers, usually only two are running, which can increase time in line and limit choice of drop "style". In any case the line does move fairly quickly, even with just two towers running.

I was under the impression that they never used the third tower.

Very few people have ever been able to ride the third tower, the combo mode. Usually, they only run it on days when VIPs come, celeberties come, or when lines are very, very long.

I say in my review that usually only two are running.

Yeah, but the Combo Tower, is rarely ever running, when they run two towers.

I have found in my experience that all three "modes" are usually given equal billing, but that "combo" for some reason tends to be run more often during the week, rather than the weekend.

It only runs during the week rarely, because of how of weekends, the demand for the combo tower is insane.

Thats the opposite of my experience, but then I dont go to the park on the weekend that often.

It gets way too crowded on weekends, at mega parks, like Six Flags. I only go to small parks on weekends, like Palace Playland, or Quassy.

They do acasionaly run all three towers but not often. rumer has it that the origanal hellivator tower still stands and in turn can only runa turbo drop. so they tend to keep this tower closed.

The original Hellivator tower still does stand, but they repainted it, and hooked it up to the other 2 towers.

The Hellivator is the one they never run, all 3 can do all 3 modes I think, the 7 times I went in 06 it was never running, and looked like it hadnt all year. I am talking about the one closest to the Thunder Bolt Sign.
