APPEARANCE: I really like how this ride looks. The wooden station looks like a classic station and the cars paint jobs are sleek (blue and yellow). Also, I really like how the ride circles Kiddyland, which makes for some great views during the ride. Finally, the cardboard cutouts of cartoon characters during the rides course are a nice touch.
WAIT TIME: Walk On- Kiddie coasters usually are walk ons, and this one is no different. Its capacity never really is an issue at this size of a park, and to the parks credit, they load this pretty quickly.
RIDE: The Little Dipper was a decent kiddie coaster, though no different than the other two Herschell little dippers I have been on. The "big" drop was pretty good and the following bunny hill provided air-time, but it was painful because I got slammed into the metal bar. But, other than that hill, the ride was smooth. Quassy also gives two circuits on this coaster.
FINAL VERDICT: The Little Dipper is a good kiddie coaster, though it can be a bit uncomfortable for larger riders. If you enjoy kiddie coasters or want the credit, go for it because adults are allowed to ride.
