Ya ya its a disney classic so what,Its still boring and outdated the only highlight of this ride is the drop and themeing thats pretty much it.If disney fixed it and made it up to date with todays technology then maybe ill give it a higher rateing.

What is up to date? Change the pirates to space men. It is the Pirates of the Caribbean it is supposed to be a nice leisurely ride. No hair on fire or outrageous speed. The ride accomplishes its purpose. By the way this ride was recently upgraded.

It is amazing that you say "Outdated" I didnt know that there were still pirates in this modern era or that women were still sold at an auction. The key word in your review is "classic." The whole point of this ride is to give a genreal history lesson of what pirate life might have been like. If you want a thrill ride go to an amusement park, rather than an theme park. This is a great Disney Themeing classic... if it is good enough to base a movie after then it should be good enough for a park visitor who thinks that Disney is all about thrills.

Fla8 what did you expect it to have a huge drop. You did realize it is located in a two stroy building. Go ride your cloned thrill rides so when I got to the park you are not wasting my time in line.

Actually, there ARE modern day pirates, but I dont think it would help the ride to show people illegally copying DVDs and stuff.

Hey FTPC what are the thrill rides at Magic Kingdom (which is the park we are discussing!)? I wouldnt call Space Mountain a thrill ride (27 mph) or Splash Mountain (a log flume) a thrill ride. I never said that Universal, Busch Gardens or even Disney doenst have thrill rides. I said Disney isnt all about the thrills!

I dont understand why you keep posting messages then FTPC. Basically, you are agreeing with me. I dont understand what the argument is about!

I dont think I ever said anything about those to parks.

He was disagreeing { more mature word for arguing} with FLA8 and then you stepped in and started agruing with FTPC. So thats what happened.

I was the number 3 post and ftpc was number 6. How did I step in and start arguing with him. I first posted about the review. So I dont understand were you are coming from Gosquan.

Ah I read it wrong then. Well anyway I think he misunderstood you. FTPC taylorb never said disney doesnt have thrills. He was commenting on the review on how Pirates of the Caribbean is not a thrill ride. It is true Six Flags, Cedar Fair, Paramounts, Universal, and Busch all have more thrills then Disney. FLA8 keeps giving bad reviews about Disney so it is true what taylorb said that fla8 should stick to amusment parks. That might have sounded confusing. Sorry taylorb for getting it mixed up.
