Steel Force was a very good hypercoaster. The ride, which reminded me a lot of Magnum without the thrashing, was a ton of fun 8) The lift hill is long and the anticipation builds approaching the top. Then you are sent screaming down towards the earth near 70mph into a tight, dark tunnel. The next series of hills are pretty good for air, though not spectacular. Eventually, the ride enters the helix, which is by far the best element on the ride. As the coaster gains speed and subsequent momentum steaming through the helix, the G-forces just keep building and almost approach Scwarzkopf standards. Though it looks wide and uninteresting in photos (at least thats what I was expecting), it really is an awesome helix. The hills going back are pretty nice, including the nice drop out of the brakes. The last little dip, which is over the path and right before the final brake run, was awesome in the back seat as you were sent careening into the stratosphere. Overall, with three rides under my belt, I feel safe to say that Morgan did a pretty good job with Steel Force, and would reccomend that people ride it in the back.
