Well, I cant say it is the greatest carousel since I dont ride them much so I dont really know much about how exciting they are suppose to be. I am ranking it on re-ridability, capacity, and appearance. It is worth a second ride just to experience riding on a horse or in the chariots or seats. It can hold many guests at one time, which makes it idea for families. The designs, although not world class were still good. This is not the most thrilling ride, but you got to give props to VL for thinking of families by not including this in admission for the theme parks, and just making it a part of Celebration Street, which doesnt cost you a thing.
