Times ridden: 1 ~ Ride experience: 9 ~ Fun factor: 10 ~ Landscaping: 9 ~ Evaluation: The Grand Carousel is a marvelous and historic merry-go-round that gives park patrons a relaxing trip back in time. Considering its olden age, its kept in tremendously good condition, which is pretty rare these days.

Thanks, Im kinda stunned that it took me three trips to PKI just to experience it though, same with the Eiffel Tower, which I also highly regard.

No biggie - PKIs a BIG ol park - easy to miss some things while youre there. Did you notice if the band organ sounded good?

Yeah, it was great. I was very impressed with the whole ride. Its probably my second favorite carousel, after Cedar Downs.

Really good to hear - it makes me so happy to hear that its being kept up so well. The maintenance folks who worked on that machine when I was around were very dedicated to it, and proud of its history and beauty. So glad that its doing well.
