Review of Spin Out @ Six Flags Magic Mountain

This is a surprisingly entertaining little flat ride. While the concept is similar to a carnival Gravitron ride, this one is at the technological basement of the theme park attraction mix. It is housed in a small, rustic little shed, and you stand against the wall of this round room while it spins. No reclining, padded walls. No frills whatsoever. You just spin, and when the floor drops a bit, most people stay plastered against the wall due to the centrifugal forces. For some reason I always drop with the floor. When the ride stops, everyone usually falls over, and the attendants ask us to stand in the middle of the room while they raise the floor again. Like I say, an extremely low budget, dizzying ride, but one that is guaranteed to leave you laughing.
