Review of Millennium Force @ Cedar Point

This was a totally awesome ride! The first time I waited 2 hrs and the second got a free ride pass from Iron Dragon breaking down. The drop made me feel like I was on Top Thrill Dragster again, and the upside down turns were awesome. Lots of airtime on the rest of the ride and the tunnels were very exciting. I thought it was a little short for a chain lift roller coaster, but still completely amazing.

Millennium Force doesnt have have upside down turns, although they are extremely banked at 122 degrees. And it has an elevator lift instead of a chain lift, thats why the lift is so quiet and fast. I do agree that its short, but thats probably because it moves so fast during the entire ride. MF is definantly an awsome ride.

well i consider anything more than 90 degrees upside down..., and by the phrase chain lift I mean the car gets pulled up the lift, unlike top thrill dragster :-P

Actually in a turn, 180 degrees is upside down, like this:
--, and 120 would be something like this:_/. 90 is vertical and the accepted maximum on a drop so 90 gdegrees wouldnt be close to upside down, the track would be banked like this: _l

as I said, I personally consider anything more than 90 degrees upside down, even if it isnt completely flipped, kinda like the tilted loop on the mantis.
