Review of High Speed Thrill Coaster @ Knoebels

This ride was so much fun. A very short track and you whip through it about 12 times, The big bunny hop and the back side real throws you up in the air and can be a little violent on your back. I felt like I was riding a bull, like in Urban Cowboy on that one bunny hop. I also had a ride operator high fiving us every time through the load area.

What a great little coaster - and the high-fiving bit adds even more to the fun!!! I hope Knoebels keeps this one around for a long, long time.

Theres an older guy whos worked HSTC both times Ive ridden it at night; his name is Ron C. Hes a total blast - he really gets into the action, and runs the coaster longer if you scream really, really loud and high-five him when you go through the station. The best of all is to try and catch the last ride of the night - he sent it through 30 laps (my friend counted them) without a break. Whoopee!!!

Ron is the man. For PPP last year, he actually worn a hat that was made to look like a HSTC car, very cool. Of course, the best was Dicks moterized wagon that looked like a Flyer.

Thats great - I wish Id seen that hat. That man gives new meaning to "living it up" - I really have to hand it to someone who loves his work that much.

High Speed Thrill is the best "kiddie" coaster around! Who would suspect such a little right to be so fierce!!!

I warned my friends about it - they looked at it (as I once had), and said, "What? Thats worth riding?" Well, once we were on, they were screaming like there was no tomorrow.
