Review of Millennium Force @ Cedar Point
-2 Rating Posted by: nemmy_97 on 3/11/2004 7:07:00 PM
MF is a little overhyped. Everyone is giving it a 10 because of its height and speed. But a coaster isnt just height and speed. I personally like Goliath at SFMM not because of the height or speed, but because of the brain-scrambling helixes. You slow down way too much during the bunny hops. But MF is still an awesome ride all-around.

why did you give Goliath only a five and pan it in your review if you like it better than MF

I never said I liked it better than MF. What I mean is that I wouldnt like it if it didnt have the helixes.

In re-reading your review of MF it looks like I misread your Goliath comment, it was unclear. I call off my witch hunt on that review

"You slow down way too much during the bunny hops" I think one MFs greatest attributes is the way it keeps its blistering speed through out the WHOLE ride.

Yeah, I agree. I didnt feel it slow down much at all.

I dont remember MF slowing down much till the last turn before the brakes and supposedly its still going at least 60 over the queue lines.

Whats wrong with height and speed? All coasters dont need the same element to be good. I feel coasters have different strengths if any. I like helixes and and loops, but the height and speed of MF is its bread n butter.

this buffoon has voluntary left the site after admitting to bogus reviews. He also "claimed" to have ridden 663 coasters.
