A basic flat ride. This ride has a major problem, this ride lasts about 30 sec. I am not sure how such an average ride can only last 30 sec. This ride is fun once but nothing special in the least.

At least they didnt keep yellng at you for holdign your hands up. and if you catch it on a slower day mon-thurs they normally run it longer.

Yeah I never got why all the rides at New England say to keep your hands on the grab bars. It seems kinda stupid to me.

SFNE formally river side dosntexacly have the cleanist safty record. in the last 15 their were 14 deaths 12 ride related 8 when a boat fliped on Blizard river they put all the weaight to one side. the other 4 were when the trans on the Thunderbolt colided two peaple in the front of the run away train and the two in the back of the trin that was hit.
their have ben numaris ride injerys from the thunderbolt crash to the superman colision.

But what does that have to do with holding grab bars?

After all the acidants and injerys they have becume more and more paranoid. their insurance aslo is so highthat they tell you not to do just about everything so if something hapons they can use it agast the person that was injored.

Although I bet all their ads have people with their hands up.

you see its one big game. every ones fighting for bord walk but often you can doas much damage with park place.

Sorry Mrceagle but I didnt catch the meaning of your last post in terms of this board.

Sf trys to get he price peace of park property at least in the minds of the park gowers. but their are may parks that do better without being in that top spot. Canobie lake took in a higher attendance this year then SFNE. Lake compounce have an eqaly rated coaster Bolderdash Vs SROS. they also get more repeate customers.

We actully go to Six Flags New England frequently but anyway, I am surprised about Canobie. I am not sure about the Bolder Dash because almost no one puts the Bolder Dash in the top coasters nation wide lists (at least now in the top 10).

Acually IAPPA named it the #1 wood coaster in the world. and it desearvs the honer. superman is a great coaster but suffers in the hands on incompatence. the thing is Canobie may have fewer coaster but in tottal they have more rides. and this isnt counting Kiddie rides.

I have a friend who rode the Boulder Dash and hated it.

I checked for the post but came up with notheing. he didnt post on or it was removed. to you remember what he didnt like about it.

I remember he said he hated it thats about all. Ill ask him to post a review.

That will be good thow tell him to post a full spread on the park and alot of information of why. if he just says he dont like it its likly to be looked at as a bogas post.

He had reasons I just dont remember what they were.

Well just have him come onthe site and post. like I wais lota of info, but expect their to be a bit of contraversy.

I can expect it, everything here involves a lot of controversy.

thu thats one of the things that make this site so exiting.

I just rode the Boulder Dash and found it to be great.
