It WAS AWESOME, the second time i went back to CP and rode it again made me change my mind. It is a flawless ride thats should be built all over the world.

A 5?? Maybe you should try this ride again, give it another chance. Thats what I did. Sit in row 1 or 3.. they are the ejector seats.

yeah, that and you may have had your lapbar too tight. I always thought those ride operaters, on all the coasters at CP, make your lapbar to tight. Especially on TTD, on that you literally cant move they make the lapbars so tight. Do any other parks do that? CP the only one ive been to so i wouldnt know. But anyway, Magnum deserves more than a 5, i mean, its like 14 yrs old and still being compared to new coasters.

The Great Escape tries to slam down ur lapbar on the Comet, but I found a trick to avoid it! There are always tricks around having ur lapbar pushed down all the way.

I think its much more painful in the ejector seat (3rd row)...

Whats the trick?

Well it depends. On the Comet @ GE you have to pick the right seat. In the back if you sit on the left side, the bar doesnt go down all the way. In the front the right side bar doesnt go down all the way. I myself had no problem with Magnum though.

My second and thirs time i didnt either its probably because on my first ride I sat in the last seat, and you know, the back are usually great ejector seats

Magnum wasnt rough at all for me. Alot smoother than I thought it was goig to be. This deserves a 10.

Its very smooth (for a 14 year old Arrow)

Now, Desperado was ROUGH. That is the roughest ride I have EVER been on. Its right there with Vortex at PC. I really thought,after rideing Desperado, that Magnum was going to be rough, since its 5 years older than Desperado.

Yes. Its the same exact type of coaster.

Sheesh, if people think Magnums rough... thats pathetic. Seriously, people are spoiled by smooth rides built by B&M and Intamin.

yes i mean arrow hyper. I honestly didnt find magnum rough at all. a couple small bumps here and there, but name a coaster that doesnt have those.

I never said Magnum was rough

Magnum was rough for me, my friend refused to go back on it because his back hurt so much. I also thought it was very rough compared to when I rode it in 01.

Ok, um, he wasnt talkin to you. I believe tall people get hit the worst on this ride.

yeah besides tall people dont get the worst on this, im 57 (which is tall for 13)

you guys are right about riding it again, the day i went on it, it was hot out and i had a headache, but i went back and rode it again and i LOVED it!
