Ill admit - I stopped riding Flight of Fear because I got tired of being banged around. When I heard the restraints had been changed to lap bars I tried it again. What a difference! This is a great ride now. The line does seem to be longer, but I suspect it is because it is so much fun.

It would be nice if more coaster had their OTSR removed. This ride truely is a great example of what can come from such a change. OTSR are typically unnessicary, lap bars and belt will do the same job.

I wonder how Vortex would be without OTSR. I bet it would be awesome (provided you would stay in the seat through the corkscrew!).
