Review of Bizarro @ Six Flags Great Adventure
-2 Rating Posted by: flyswat15 on 6/20/2002 8:57:00 PM
Yes, this ride is amazing to look at and take pictures of, but it is awful to ride! Throughout the entire duration, I felt as though my neck would snap. The restraints almost suffocated me, and I am 5 foot 6, not too tall or too short. Not only was the restraint system bad, but while we were departing the station, I noticed a significant amount of rust all over the tracks. Im sorry to say that I regret ever riding it.

your really wierd, this ride is extremely smooth. There is no rust because it was made last year AND it is the best ride in the park...But you are entitled to your own opinion.

u guys r right (i just checked) last sunday, i went there and, i rode this ride and there is no rust or anything and its still as smooth as glass. I dont know what this guy is talking about.
Tucci on 6/24/2002 10:51:05 PM said:
Judging by the stupidity of that post, and I could be wrong, but Id bet SFGAdv is a park that he has never been to, therefore Medusa is a ride that he has never ridden. Which brings up a point. Why are there sooo many SFGAdv bashers? You people dont need to answer that question, but it just seems that if there is sumtin that they dont like at this park, they just go out and say "Screw SFGAdv, this park sucks!" I mean giving rides like Nitro less than a 5 is just one of the problems Ive got with these SFGAdv bashers. And I know this isnt everyone, but there are just some people that piss me off. Well, thanks for listening to my little speech, and you can go ahead and comment on my opinion.

Wow that is pretty harsh. Medusa is smooth and I dont recall seeing any rust on it. Maybe you shouldnt review coasters if youre going to lie.
B&M Rider on 6/28/2002 10:19:53 PM said:
are u sure your talking about the right medusa flyswat?
cycopunk on 6/29/2002 10:15:41 PM said:
yeah maybe ur talkin bout west coast medusa
B&M Rider on 6/29/2002 11:31:32 PM said:
nah thats smooth too, what about the wooden medusa in mexico?
Tucci on 7/1/2002 1:53:41 PM said:
I doubt he meant the wooden Medusa in Mexico because I dont see how the restraints could make his neck feel like its gonna snap off. Lap bars usually dont affect your neck. Then again, though, I dont see how Medusa at Great Adventure can make you neck hurt either, sooo...
B&M Rider on 7/1/2002 4:36:39 PM said:
i think this has gotta be a bogus post, theres no rust on this thing, and its extremely smooth, it only bangs your head a little on the cobra roll, thats it
cycopunk on 7/2/2002 8:51:21 PM said:
I WENT TO GREAT ADVENTURE YESTERDAY,NO HEAD BANGING AT ALL,THIS GUYS EITEHR A WUSS,OR HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT MEDUSA IS
daptwa on 7/11/2002 12:19:43 PM said:
Its a B&M coaster its going to be smooth and the headbanging is very minimal if any. Medusa is a great ride but no the best in the park.

You sure you dont have this confuse with viper right next door? That ride is nasty.
cycopunk on 7/20/2002 8:19:28 PM said:
dont u go n make fun of viper, like B&M Rider said, make the restraints nice n tight and ur snugged fit for a compfortable ride, some ppl have problems....and its not riteeeeeeee next door u gotta walk down that lil path with a big support of the mine train in the middle/
B&M Rider on 7/21/2002 1:15:23 AM said:
cycopunk...its right next door
mikemo on 8/1/2002 12:43:39 PM said:
b and m no its not, you do have to cross the bridge, medusa is the best ride in the park, followed by chiller, all these rides in teh park besides rolling thunder are smooth, so this guy is bogus and i say we jump him.
B&M Rider on 8/1/2002 6:17:23 PM said:
i say u stop sending threats to ppl just cuz they dont share ur opinion, and who cares if u have to cross a bridge to get to medusa? in general the ride is right by viper
B&M Fan on 8/12/2002 9:10:17 PM said:
I dont know what you are talking about but if you 56 you are short im 14 and im 57. This ride is very smooth and the restraints are great I think that you know nothing about coasters.
B&M Rider on 8/12/2002 10:48:06 PM said:
