The first time I experienced Alien Encounter, I was quite disappointed. In no small part, this is because my guidebook painted this attraction as absolutely terrifying and very uncharacteristic of Disney attractions. It wasnt all that scary. With each subsequent visit to the park, Alien Encounter has gotten better with changes in the execution of the story line. I do not consider this to be a true E-ticket attraction, but Alien Encounter is definitely fun and worthy of a spot on your itinerary. Just dont go in with high expectations and enjoy it as a fun experience rather than looking for terror.
