The first time i went on viper I gave it a 6, but Im changing my rev because I went on it again twice recently. The first time I put the shoulder restraints down all the way and I still found it to be a pretty smooth ride. It has an awesome drop which I found to be just as good at any other coasters. The inversions were fun, and I didnt find it to be rough at all, it only had a couple of bumps here and there. The second time I rode it, the restraints locked before I could pull them down all the way, and it was almost as rough as the GASM! So Im giving it an 8 simply because it has the potential to be a great ride. People dont realize it probably because they dont want the restraints on tight or they just dont follow directions. I really wouldnt want this ride to go at all, just because the general public complains about the slight roughness.
