T2 is a steel roller coaster. It was built in 1995. It was built by Vekoma It is a inverted coaster. It has 5 inversions. It is 105' tall, it is 2,172' long. It is also known as Terror to the 2nd Power. It is fast, fun, rerideable, it has a large capacity, and a long duration.
It could have been worse, but this older-gen SLC was still a good deal rougher than Infusion @ BPB, the only other SLC I've been on. Not a big fan of these in general...the layout and elements are OK, but the 2-across seating limits capacity and they are not especially pleasing aesthetically either, to my eyes. Despite the quality of the coaster, this was one of my longest waits of the day (which on this visit meant about 20 minutes). Hardly worth it unless you've never been on a SLC before, and even then...look for a walk-on, you'll feel better about it.
am i the only one who can understande the pain this ride gives u. the ride throws u around and it goes so fast u dont know whats happening. the only good part about this ride was the corkscrew.

My last review was a little on the corny and noobish side, so I will update:
I don't know what it was, but T2 was the smoothest SLC I've ridden. Much smoother than Six Flag's two east coast "Ear Erasers." So, a smooth SLC is a decent ride-not quite as forcefull as a Batman, but pretty darn good. It was hard for me to believe how smooth it was judging from the state of the chipped paint and rust of the track, but it nonetheless, provided. Looking back, it looks like 2006 may have been a good year for T2, as it recieved an 8, 9, 8, and 8 during that time, and the ride has an overall rating of 5.3!
Typical SLC with not too much head banging.
I like this ride a lot! The first time I went on it it didnt seem rough at all and I liked the fact that youre feet look like they will hit the track. The second time I rode it was the same day but a night ride. My dad and I were the only ones on it - and we rode in the very front row. Very bad idea. To say the least, I had a headache after that. Cant really blame the coaster though - there was no other weight to balance it out. This is one of my favorites at SFKK.
I really enjoyed T2 - it wasnt rough to me, which is typically the achilles heel for SLCs. So, that left me with a really cool layout full of wicked visuals and a great touch of intensity. I cant complain about this, as much as Id really like to! LOL
The ride is too fast thus you dont really know whats going on. Typical, Vekoma.
I really enjoyed this. After all the negative comments, I assumed I would be in hell, but I rather enjoyed it. It was bumpy and there was some mild head banging, but it was a fun coaster. I think people are too harsh in their rating of it, although there are many inverted coasters that are better.
The misting fans are a necessary on the queue as there is absolutely no shade. The station platform is an absolute mess, the most disorganized mass of humanity. Ride capacity is very slow as only 14 can ride and one train operation made this the longest wait in the park. The double in-line twist into an overbanked turn is the best element hoever there is some mild headbanging. Apparently others think there is a lot of headbanging. While waiting for Twisted Twins (a painful coaster in its own right) I overheard others saying they should rename T2 as "Headache"
