Disneyland Classic, beat the heat, or just go for a ride.

This is one of the can't miss rides at DL. In the summer it, along with POC, is one of the best rides to beat the heat with. HM is also a classic and I love everthing about it. My son and I ride it at least 3 times on every visit.

Step in a take a ride on the doom buggies of this old-fashioned Haunted Mansion. Its jamed pack with special effects, hidden mickeys and victorian spoofs. I really enjoyed this ride however I still like the on at WDW a little bit better. That most likely because I have rode that on many of times compared to DL once.

Excellent dark ride that truely is a Disney classic. The theming inside and outside of the house is incredible and really gives the ride an eerie atmosphere. All of the special effects were exceptionally well done and the ride isnt scary at all, but instead just pure fun. I especially loved the part where the ghost comes into the car and the ride is very long as well.

I rode this ride as a small child. The part where the ghosts are riding in the car with you made me cry my eyes out! Gotta love it.

Note: this review sort of only applies for a few months a year... from ~late September-early January, DL rethemes the ride, in every possible detail, to the movie The Nightmare Before Christmas. And its pretty darn sweet: the huge graveyard scene filled with snow, the human-sized figures of Jack Skellington + Oogie Boogie, the classic HM music spliced with Danny Elfmans score. Its everything you love about the Haunted Mansion, with more of a Halloween feel plus the creepy Xmas vibe of Nightmare. If you like that movie, and I sure do, this ride is terrific.

Classic. Just like Disneyworld, but always fun! The hitchiking ghosts are the best part of the whole adventure.

Great ride! Its not too scary. But its fun!

just a notch above Pirates, I love this ride, and will always, nuff said.
