Its a an average kid coaster. Not bad. I didn't feel unsafe on it like some other people said. but it does however run extremely slow even by child standards

Date Ridden: Spring of 2006. Times Ridden: 1 too many (1). My one and only rollback!!! Thats right Top Thrill Dragster. I have never received one of your famous rollbacks but the Dragon at Beech Bend came through for me. As we crested the massive 11 foot tall lift hill, the chain disengaged or something and we rolled back to the "station". The single ride op said that it was no big deal (happens sometimes) and sent us on through. I was seriously scared that this thing was going to jump the track or something and while a fall from 11 feet is better than a fall from 420 feet, it is still not desirable. Once the ride finished (I think we made 2 laps) we left the train and began walking toward the drop tower which is close by. I felt in my pocket like normal for my phone and wallet and discovered that the latter was missing. My girlfriend/riding partner turned and sprinted back to the coaster, went through the exit gate, and dove into the car I was sitting in as it begin moving (it was virtually empty). The op stopped it quickly and she jumped out holding up my wallet like a prized catch from the Pacific Ocean. The op shook his head, waited on her to leave (out the exit) and started the coaster back up. So anyway, a poorly kept and unsafe looking kiddie coaster which slipped off the lift hill chain (or something) and ate my wallet.....equals my only 1. I normally show respect for these small rides as they normally serve their purpose of educating the next generation of coaster riders to thrills and such, but this one is so dangerous I would not even recommend putting the little ones on it. Ride at your own risk.

Its a poor ride even for a dragon wagon. Not well maintained at all. Only ride it if you really want the coaster count that bad.

The Dragon is a steel sit down roller coaster. It is a junior. Appearance:5 Nicely decorated. Ride Capaity:5 Very long ride cycle and large capacity when no lines the ride operator let us go around 5 times. Fun:5 Pretty fun for a junior coaster. Rerideable:I rode it 5 times when I visited.

It goes so slow around the corners that I have no idea how I stayed in the car. Coaster whoring is funny, but this ranks up there as one of my most pathetic coaster moments. I did have some good laughs so that saves it from the one. However this ride looks so bad that this would be a perfect example of how a park would look better by subtracting this ride.

A five because for what it is (a kiddie coaster), it is average. Nothing more, nothing less.

Pretty pathetic, even for a kiddie. On a media day with a ton of fat ACErs, the damned thing actually managed to stall on top of the lone hill. How pathetic. No fun, no length, no suprises... only gets a 2 because it wasnt something I was screaming in agony wishing to get off.
