This is one of two rides at this park that I could not review because it had been so long since I had been to the park (about 3 years), which was pretty much before I was as hardcore about rides and coasters as what I am now. Here, we have the Scooters. These are not your everyday bumper cars. It is even an insult to call them bumper cars. They are vintage, hardcore, cut throat, no holds bard, slam it down your throat and you better like the taste or Ill slam it down your throat again, you better get back up to get your beating, drilling machines. This classic puts the land stricken, beached bumper boats at Dorney Park to shame. Dorney used to have these fine Lusse creations, but got rid of them a long time ago. I guess the people of Allentown cant handle the beasts like the people of Elysburg. And believe me, the freaks (no offense) of Elysburg dont take their Scooter riding lightly. They know how to get it done and get it done right. When you walk up to this, it does not look like anything that will blow you away, and the divider in the middle makes you think that it wont be anything great after past experience. However, prepare to be amazed. Hard hitting fun awaits, and there is nothing more fun then forcing someone into the cars that are not currently operating, spinning them out, pinning them in, and repeatedly bashing them until someone comes along and tags you. Crazy? Yes. Psychotic? Maybe. Fun? Definately. There is a reason why this is one of the longest lines in the park. These are by far the best "bumper cars" I have ever been on.
