How could I give this carousel anything but a ten? First of all, its in marvelous condition, the band organs are in perfect tune and beauty, and, lest we forget, brass rings! The Carmel horses are wonderfully kept with horsehair tails, the scenic panels are charming, and the speed of the carousel is great, too.
