Which coaster do ya'll think's the most ugliest coaster you've ever seen? My opinion's the Wildcat at Cedar Point b/c I'm not liking that purple & yellow color scheme of it.

I think we have had this thread before a little while back.

But, Viper at Six Flags Great Adventure gets my vote.

I know we had ugliest rides but I am not sure about just coasters.

Galaxi at Funtown/Splashtown in Maine. OMG it is awful. HSTC at Knoebels is in there also.

I might have to go with High Speed Thrill Coaster also.

I have to say any wood coaster with steel supports, I just think the combination is hideous. Except for The New Mexico Rattler, I think that for some reason it fits in nicely and doesn't look as bad as the others.

I kinda used to think the same thing, but we'll see after the new coating of paint on there now, I have only seen one picture so far and its the one posted by Lado, and it looks quite "pretty" now IMO, lol. Id have to go for Viper at SFGAdv as well, or maybe those new S&S Screaming Squirrel coasters.

The dragon at Old Orchard beach the station is all chiped, the lights are busted, THe tracks in teable shape.

as fare as straight looks I don't care for the lok of the 4D's

you mean "the 4D."

i love weird or junky looking rides, so HSTC or those bizarre tobaggan coasters like at trimper's are actually very appealing to me. at first i wanted to say that i disliked very loud or garish paint schemes such as joker's jinx but even that has a tacky or cheesy appeal to me.

i don't really care for metal supports on wood coasters, but i think that could easily be remedied by white wash, a la cyclone.

i think my only visual pet peeve is the parking lot coaster. the GASM @ GrAdv for it's first few years still had the parking spots painted underneath the structure. now THAT is more tacky than a quirky old clunker like HSTC could ever be. the cheapness and rush-job-ness of a parking lot coaster is the ultimate ugly IMHO.

Well, there is actually a 4D coaster under construction over in Japan right now Unknown 4D coaster

I think that Arrow track looks gross for the most part anyway. The color of this one just makes it look hideous though.

I've never been, but I've seen pics of Viper at SFGA and it looks HIDEOUS. What the hell are those red circles supposed to represent?

some were "themeing" from what I hear but alot were for extra support and what no, like you see on the pipeline coasters like Ultra Twister.

Togo's have been one the lower side of many people like list for some time now. I'm not suprised to see that.

the Joke I hheard was it was SFGAdv idea of themeing the skales of the viper. Not to conveincing. maid it stand out though.

I think the Mantis at CP is ugly. I hate the colors of paint.

I think the ugliest coasters out there are the old wooden ones that are peeling paint and not well maintained. I like the natural wood look myself.
